40 Beneficiaries Receive ₦50,000 Each as Dumebi Ifeanyichukwu Donates ₦2 Million to Boost APC Membership

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State, Hon. Dumebi Ifeanyichukwu, has hosted members of the APC Ibeku Ward and Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area inspection team as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s grassroots structure and expand its membership ahead of future political engagements.
The event, which was held under the theme, “Aboh Mbaise Mobilization, Interactive Session and Banquet Meeting/Empowerment,” attracted party leaders, ward executives, stakeholders, supporters, and members of the four villages that make up Ibeku Community in Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area.
A major highlight of the gathering was the disbursement of ₦2 million to 40 beneficiaries drawn from the four villages in the community. Each beneficiary received ₦50,000 to support small businesses and other productive ventures aimed at improving their livelihoods.
Organizers disclosed that the beneficiaries were selected through a transparent and inclusive process to ensure fairness and broad participation across the community. They noted that the empowerment initiative reflects Hon. Ifeanyichukwu’s commitment to grassroots development and economic support for party members and residents.
Addressing the gathering, Hon. Ifeanyichukwu expressed appreciation to members of the APC in Aboh Mbaise for their support during the recently concluded party primaries. He emphasized the need for unity, loyalty, and sustained grassroots mobilization to strengthen the party and position it for greater success in future elections.
He urged party faithful to remain steadfast and committed to the ideals of the APC, assuring them that the party remains focused on delivering democratic dividends and empowering its members at all levels.
Party leaders present at the event commended Hon. Ifeanyichukwu for his generosity and dedication to the growth of the APC in Aboh Mbaise. They described the empowerment programme as a practical demonstration of leadership and a significant contribution to efforts aimed at expanding the party’s support base across the local government area.
The event concluded with renewed calls for greater unity among party members and a collective commitment to strengthening the APC’s presence throughout Aboh Mbaise and Imo State.
