Tonto Dikeh Opens Church in Abuja, Promises Healing and Miracles
Nollywood actress and evangelist Tonto Dikeh has officially opened her new church, the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT), in Abuja, marking a new chapter in her Christian journey.
Dikeh recently took to the pulpit at the newly established ministry, where she ministered to worshippers and spoke about her vision for the church.
The actress-turned-evangelist said the ministry would be a place where people can encounter God, receive spiritual guidance and experience what she described as healing, deliverance and miracles through the power of God.
According to Dikeh, New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle is focused on prayer, revival, spiritual growth, healing, evangelism and raising believers who are committed to their faith.
The launch has attracted attention across social media, particularly because of Dikeh’s transition from a celebrated Nollywood actress to a prominent voice in Christian ministry.
She has in recent years become increasingly vocal about her Christian faith and spiritual journey, participating in prayer gatherings and publicly sharing messages centred on faith and the power of God.
With the opening of New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle, Dikeh is now taking her religious activities into a more formal ministry structure in Abuja, where she is expected to host regular fellowship and prayer meetings.
The new ministry adds another dimension to the public life of the actress, who has remained one of Nigeria’s most recognisable entertainment personalities.
