BOUNTY OF JOY AS OGBONNA DEDICATES CHILD TO GOD

There was a bounty of joy, jubilation and merriment in the family of Mr. Chris Ogbonna and Mrs. Uchechi Ogbonna on the dedication of their fourth child, Chris Chibueyim Gold, to God.
The new born was presented to God at the Overcomers’ Christian Mission Int’l Inc, Egbu in the Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State, last Sunday.
The momentous ceremony which was embellished with thanksgiving to God and merriment, was witnessed by relatives, friends, business and political associates from within and outside the State and all showered the family with goodwill messages and prayers.
In his gospel, titled “Lord, I Want My Own”, the servant of God told worshippers to always commit their modest desires to God, for He will graciously establish them, as He is a God of mercy and abundance. He charged christians to live uprightly and genuinely work hard to gain economic prosperity, live comfortably and peacefully, adding that God, out of His kindness, would make those who trust absolutely in Him to manifest fruitfully at all times.
During the sacred moment, Pastor Austin Ogbonnaya Obasi, prayed and anointed the child and there after presented her before the holy altar for God’s divine guidance and lead throughout her life journey. The man of God prayed for God’s grace and sustainability on the family, ending it that their faith in God has been fruitful.
While expressing her delight and grattitude to God Almighty for safe delivery and the gift of children, mother of the child, Mrs. Uchechi Ogbonna, promised that she would always remain faithful and grateful to God for showing the family His mercy and kindness.
‘My strength comes from God Whom I give praises for a safe delivery and the gift of children. I encourage people to trust in God because He neither disappoints nor fail those who believe and trust in Him”, she reiterated.
Ogbonna thanked her husband for being a wonderful and caring man, including others who felicitated with them.
The event was climaxed with merriment on the euphoria of a melodic atmosphere.
