Barr. Alaribe Urges Ekeji to Pursue Victory with Confidence

The All Progressives Congress House of Representatives candidate for the Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency, Barr. Ngozi Pat Ekeji, visited the Aboh Mbaise Local Government Council to formally introduce herself as a candidate and seek support from the council leadership, councillors, political appointees, and staff ahead of the upcoming election.
During the visit, Barr. Ekeji expressed gratitude for the warm reception from the council leadership, councillors, political appointees, and staff. She stated that her main goal was to officially present herself as the candidate for the Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency and to rally their collective support.
Barr. Ekeji highlighted that the campaign to Abuja is a community effort aimed at promoting the interests and development of the people. She encouraged councillors and political stakeholders to begin mobilizing in their wards, offer constructive advice, and share ideas to boost her campaign.
She also pledged to provide effective representation that would attract greater federal attention to the constituency, particularly regarding road construction, rehabilitation, and other critical infrastructure.
In his response, Barr. Iheukwumere Alaribe, the Executive Chairman of Aboh Mbaise, assured Barr. Ekeji of the unwavering support of the local government, including staff and political appointees.
He expressed confidence in her candidacy, noting that the people of Aboh Mbaise have renewed their backing for her through the party. He advised her to approach the campaign with confidence and hope.
“I want to assure you of the commitment of the individuals of this local government, both staff and political appointees. We are happy you have renewed your covenant with the people of Aboh Mbaise through the party. Move in confidence, move with hope, look forward to victory, and that victory we must get.”
Barr. Alaribe also encouraged her to rely on the councillors, supervisory councillors, and political appointees during the campaign, emphasizing that the local government has ample field workers and support systems to assist her.
Additionally, the Secretary to the Local Government, Barr. Charles Mbakwe, welcomed Barr. Ekeji’s visit, describing it as a sign of her dedication to engaging directly with the council and its people.
He stated that Barr. Ekeji did not just come to seek votes, affirming that the people had already decided to support her candidacy.
Barr. Mbakwe assured her that the council and its workers would fully support her and collaborate toward victory.
On behalf of the councillors, Rt. Hon. Anthony Ndulor, the Leader of the Aboh Mbaise Legislative Council, said that the councillors had already begun mobilizing and holding meetings to gather support for Barr. Ekeji.
He revealed that councillors from Aboh Mbaise and Ngor Okpala strongly back her and are working together to strengthen the campaign across the constituency. He assured that the councillors would continue mobilizing in their wards and work tirelessly to secure her victory.

Chinonye Nwaogu; councillors from various wards; Engr Leo Njoku,supervisory councillors; Special Assistants to the Executive Chairman; Mrs. Chimedum Ajagu, DAGS; Mr. Ndubuisi Ucheghara, Treasurer; the Head of Personnel Management (HPM); and the Clerk of the House, among others.
